SAP Appeal Kit is an early-stage test run by Josh Finer / Finer Technologies (Newtown, PA). There is no finished product yet. This notice explains, in plain terms, what happens to information you send through this site.
What we collect
Only what you type into the form (“Email”, “School”, “What happened”) and your consent checkbox. Our hosting provider (Netlify) may also keep standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.
Why we collect it
To learn whether people want help with this topic, and so I can reply to you personally if I choose to. Nothing is sent to you automatically.
Who processes it
The form is delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards your submission to my email inbox. Submissions arrive at, and replies may come from, joshua@finertechnologies.com (same person as josh@finertechnologies.com). The site is hosted by Netlify.
Google Ads measurement and cookies
This site uses the Google Ads tag (gtag.js). When you visit from an ad, Google may set cookies or use similar technology to measure ad clicks and whether the form was submitted (a “conversion”). This helps me see whether the test ads work. Google’s own practices are described at policies.google.com/technologies/ads. You can block or clear cookies in your browser, and you can manage ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.
We don’t sell or share your personal information
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share your form details with partners, brokers, advertisers or any other company. The only outside services involved are the form delivery and hosting services named above. The Google Ads tag is the one place a third party, Google, receives information about your visit, and it is used for ad measurement. You can block it with your browser’s cookie or tracking settings.
Access and deletion
To see, correct, or delete what you sent, email josh@finertechnologies.com and I’ll take care of it.
